Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social Capital and the Attache AI assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Social Capital is an AI-powered relationship management assistant designed for professionals. Our service includes:

• Attache, an AI assistant accessible via SMS and web that helps you track relationships, commitments, and follow-ups
• Contact management and relationship intelligence features
• Integration with Gmail (gmail.readonly and gmail.compose) to read email history and create draft emails
• Integration with Google Calendar (calendar.readonly) to display meetings and provide preparation context
• Integration with Google Drive (drive.readonly) to access meeting transcripts and extract action items
• Business card capture and processing

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from Attache, including daily briefings, relationship reminders, and follow-up suggestions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and account setup
• Use Social Capital for professional networking purposes only
• Not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Respect the privacy of your contacts and only store information you have a legitimate reason to maintain

5. Intellectual Property

Social Capital, including our brand, logo (the Circumpunct), software, and platform design, is owned by Social Capital and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all contact information, notes, and content you store in Social Capital. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Social Capital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Capital shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, business opportunities, or relationships
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Actions taken based on suggestions or insights provided by Attache

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@socialcapitalcrm.com. Upon cancellation, we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misuse of the platform, or compromise the security or integrity of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
